Deposits
All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable. Your deposit secures our time and services for your event.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following terms apply:
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 5 days before your event. We will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability, and the original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled event. For rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the event, additional fees may apply.
Refund Policy
No-show Policy
If Thurough Entertainment arrives at your event location and you are not present or ready, the event will be considered canceled. In this case, you will be charged the full agreed-upon fee, and no refunds will be issued.
